鄉民好，我是上次購車遇到罵狗屁業務的那位排版被大家砲轟的小妹。 延續上次貸款未過，接著下一步就是退訂。 當時付了三萬訂金、以及業代在對保時說要搶車需再付六萬，當日趕三點半只先匯款三萬，共六萬。 業代告知退款需兩周、我已於4/13將當時訂車單據繳回、以便她處理後續退款事宜。 在今天前，他並無自己與我聯絡任何有關退款的事項. 本週有詢問他款項是否要下來了、她回覆還沒，並說再幫我詢問。 爾後又無消無息、今日已滿兩週，我再次詢問她，她說還沒有，接著告知退款手續的兩週不包含假日。 我能理解許多程序的處理都是不含假日的，並說退款與她無關，都是總公司處理、接著我問，是否能讓我親自與總公司聯繫、她回覆：我和總公司聯繫是害到他。 試問，若她處理上沒有任何問題怎麼會害到她呢？ 另外想請問各位，退訂的程序以及時間上應是如何？若在約定時間沒有退款，應該如何處理？ 謝謝各位。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 42.71.55.135 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1398611661.A.BBE.html
