我在綠燈待轉時被機車撞了~~ 想請問像這種情形 我需要負多少的肇事責任呢? 騎機車的是一位高二男生 送醫檢查後無大礙 已經回家了~~ 昨天我在醫院陪他一直到檢查完畢 確認醫生說沒問題才出院 我的右後車門被撞凹 玻璃也破了 他的機車前端也破了~~ 我只有保強制責任險而已 對方還沒跟我說他的保險內容~~ 不過昨天在醫院時 好像有瞄到他的病歷資料寫著 17歲?個月 不太確定年紀~~ 下周已經跟他父母約好要先談談和解情形 須要約到調解委員會嗎?還是隨便找個咖啡廳就好了呢? 謝謝大家........ http://ppt.cc/e3O8 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.70.110.140 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1398523252.A.88A.html
