「不核作」佔領忠孝西路　至少到周一

由反核團體組成的全國廢核行動平台，除今晚發起「全民守護廢核決心徹夜靜坐」活動外，明天下午2時將舉行「終結核電、還權於民」大遊行，預計號召萬人上街，主辦單位晚間宣布，明天遊行經過台北車站前忠孝西路時，將發起將在現場進行「核災演習」的不核作運動，號召3萬名民眾一起坐下、躺下，把忠孝西路佔領起來。地球公民基金會台北辦公室主任蔡中岳表示，目前沒有要無限期佔領的打算，若警方沒有驅離，至少會到周一早上，也會視情況調整，「直到政府接受我們的訴求，停建核四為止。」

蔡中岳說，明天遊行將在下午2時集合、3時出發，預計3時半到4時左右抵達台北車站、新光三越站前店間的忠孝西路段，然後就會實施「不核作運動」。蔡表示，會提前宣布就是為了避免民眾困擾，但若警方提前封路，他們仍會在台北車站集結。（唐鎮宇／台北報導）
