高國華炒股案定讞 今發監服刑

補教名師高國華10年前涉嫌炒作優盛股票獲利3400萬元，3月被最高法院依違反「證券交易法」判刑1年8月定讞，台北地檢署通知高在25日報到發監執行，今日上午9點30分高國華與妻陳子璇一起到北檢二完成報到手續，高稱將以平常心面對未來，陳妻則表示永遠支持，高隨後將發監執行。

判決指出，優盛董事長葉禾庠（原名葉健和）在2004年間為吸引投資人買股票，透過寶來證券前經理許行政找人協助拉抬股價，許找來高國華合作，高則利用前妻蔡郁璇等親友帳戶幫忙炒股，獲利達3406萬元。

高國華在獲知判決之初曾對外喊冤，但今日和妻子陳子璇手牽手到北檢報到時，則是不再對外冤，並將以平常心來面對未來，而陳子璇也達永遠支持。
