建商暗夜偷挖樹　志工肉身攔車：「放樹」

台北大巨蛋進行施工，附近路樹進行開挖，今天凌晨3時許，護樹聯盟發現，建商又再偷偷動工挖路樹，準備將路樹載走時，學生與護樹志工以肉身擋住卡車，不讓載送路樹的卡車離去，警方也到達現場了解狀況，護樹聯盟發言人潘翰疆表示，建商並沒有夜間施工的公文，為何在半夜偷偷挖路樹，更何況也沒有公家機關人員在場。就這樣在現場與建商僵持了一個小時，最後建商將已經挖起的路樹，利用吊臂放在人行道上，才平息了這場紛爭。（陸運鋒／台北報導）
