蔡丁貴帶頭爬立法院拒馬

公投護台灣聯盟召集人蔡丁貴昨晚率領民眾包圍立法院，要求路權「路過」青島東路，強力爬過拒馬進入管制區，隨即被警察逮捕，未被扣上手銬，其他人則被載上手銬。
