有在吃新寶納多還要再吃葉酸嗎?

我現在孕期剛過13W
已經做了第一次的產檢跟超音波
醫生也開了葉酸給我吃
但我剛懷孕的時候 因為很怕寶寶營養不夠
就上網爬文 看很多媽咪懷孕初期都有吃新寶納多
就開始買來吃了 而且看它裡面的葉酸含量也是夠的
想問有經驗的媽咪 如果有吃新寶納多的話還需要額外補充葉酸嗎?
