標題[請益] 有關抗氧化劑

各位版大好 小妹天生黑肉底 但是之前大學的時候也沒有現在黑 (約比現在白兩個色階) 之前有再擦A酸當作保養 不過好像自己的問題,沒有清洗乾淨 又更黑了 現在想開始吃所謂的抗氧化劑 想請問一下 抗氧化劑(退黑素) 如果長期吃是否會造成副作用呢? 我已經很努力防曬了 還是不會白 (工作在外跑來跑去) 約3個小時補一次防曬 還是不夠!!又更黑了 現在把防曬乳換成大家建議的安耐曬金瓶 目前保養程序為 洗完澡→保濕乳液一罐（Ａ酸停止不用） 目前想固定每六禮拜去打淨膚雷射 是否再加上其他保養會更好?
