想舖超耐磨地板，但原先有踢腳板

各位大大好，因為最近小弟剛交屋要裝修。
因原屋主已有踢腳板，但是我想要鋪超耐磨地板，這樣子的話小弟應該要自己拆，或是到時後地板的師父會拆呢?
目前要舖的大約18坪
還有幾個問題想請問一下各位大哥大姐們~

1.有沒有大大有推薦台中EGGER地板的師父呢?18坪不知道請外縣市的師父划算否@@?

2.小弟再找台中EGGER資料時，看到Y拍上面有間小石樘，但是都沒有搜尋到有人給這間做過的資料，想問看看有哪位大大有給這間做過的麼?
