看不到孩子 醉婦鬧前夫家開車撞

〔自由時報記者楊政郡／台中報導〕36歲顏姓婦人離婚後，去年8月酒後到前夫家探視小孩被阻，竟打破玻璃、踹門進屋，推倒前婆婆、腳踢前小姑，隨後又開自小客車撞壞前婆婆和前小姑機車，被依公共危險、傷害、毀損等罪起訴。

起訴書指出，顏婦前年離婚，孩子歸前夫監護，她只能定期面會，去年8月24日在住處借酒澆愁，想見年幼的小孩，開車到台中市清水區鎮新路前夫住處，想見小孩一面。

但前婆婆不願開門，只說「孩子不在家」，顏婦不死心轉進後門，徒手打破後門玻璃，用腳踹開後門，前婆婆及前小姑阻擋無效，前婆婆被推倒在滿是碎玻璃的地上，前小姑被顏婦抓傷、踹傷膝蓋及腳趾，但2人仍合力將顏婦推出後門。

顏婦沒看到小孩不死心，駕駛自小客轉到前門，朝大門撞上去，前婆婆與前小姑的2輛機車被撞毀，大門也被撞得變形，2名警察到場後才合力制止顏婦，測得酒測值達1.02，顏婦事後坦承犯行。
