羅瑩雪:偵辦違法學生無兩套標準

立法院司法法制委員會上午審查刑法修正草案，民進黨立委吳宜臻質詢，黃世銘在一審法院未判決前，法務部長羅瑩雪一再表示相信黃世銘無罪，還讓他回任主任檢察官；卻在法院尚未判決前，公開指稱學生違法，強調「法律之前人人平等」、「學生沒有特權」要檢察官快傳學生調查是兩套標準。

羅瑩雪說，她沒有兩套標準，始終要求檢察官依法辦理，傳訊學生調查不是秋後算帳，而是讓案件趕快落幕。
