Android 手機可有網路檢查的工具可用?

請問各位,

家中一樓二樓各有一台AP,二樓負責撥接中華電信接通外網,二樓再接一條線接到一樓連接另一台AP提供效好的無線強度,但最近發生的問題是,在樓上用的好好的二台Samsung S2一到樓下就無法上網,樓下換了一台AP,其結果也是一樣,但其它的設備都是正常OK的,如桌上電腦或是朋友來時都是OK的,問題生時把二台的AP關掉再開也是一樣的,兩個問題請教

1. 對這個情況可有何建議嗎?
2. 可有Android App可從手機端查看當時的網路情嗎?
