記憶卡接上DS414移動檔案出現讀取錯誤

剛剛我將相機的記憶卡插入讀卡機，並將讀卡機直接插入DS414，
想說直接將記憶卡的檔案用DS414整理，
在移動檔案的過程中出現錯誤，錯誤訊息沒有記錄到，
之後我再讀記憶卡裡面的檔案就變下圖這樣了，
裡面很多很重要的照片，我要怎麼救回我的照片，
我現在很怕裡面的照片再也讀不出來，也不敢做其他處置，
有人有遇過這種情形嗎？可否幫忙解救一下
