爭服貿 十年好友當街動粗

年約50多歲周姓男子及陳姓男子是十幾年的老朋友，對「兩岸服務貿易協議」，兩人看法大相逕庭，前晚竟在大馬路邊爆口角，甚至相互拉扯，作勢要互毆對方，一旁指揮交通的員警陳勁嘉見狀趕緊上前調解，忍不住說「沒想到留守基隆也要處理服貿爭議」。

安樂分駐所警員陳勁嘉前晚在基金一路指揮交通時，見路旁兩名男子正相互爭論，越講越大聲，引起附近民眾好奇圍觀。十幾分鐘過後，突然有人慌張的跑過來，大喊「打起來啦！警察快來幫忙！」

陳勁嘉見狀趕緊上前分開周男與陳男，經詢問，原來兩人早已認識，是十幾年的老朋友，近日「太陽花」學運正夯，周男挺服貿，陳男卻反服貿，立場不同，越討論越生氣。

陳勁嘉耐心的勸導兩人，告知他們正因為處在民主國家，才能各自發表己見，應相互尊重，而非大打出手，周男與陳男才不好意思，相互道歉、握手言和。
