騎腳踏車上坡時不能後退是真的，

而且不光是上坡，

連平路跟下坡都不能後退，

因為自行車根本就沒有設計後退的功能，

試問，你的自行車踩了就往前走了，

你踩踏板反轉能後退嗎？

這不是廢話？那什麼還叫做廢話？
