反黑箱服貿學生今（23日）晚間攻進行政院，警政署調派大批維安警力，陳文茜在微博批是「民主之恥」，她寫著：「打破玻璃，拆掉大門，直闖院長辦公室，搬走機密及院長資料，毀掉機電系統，反服貿行動正式成為目無法紀的暴力抗爭。」

陳文茜甚至以2011年起各國青年抗爭舉例，「學運未必無知也未必神聖：特色是憤怒成人遊戲規則。」她指出，最成功的是占領華爾街，讓社會深思結構不公，但若像英國學潮失敗，將城市當遊戲軟體燒殺刧掠，將留下評價「沒教養的孩子」。
