高雄電梯故障害死母子 起訴保養技術員

去年10月、高雄市左營區的一棟大樓，因為電梯故障、造成一對母子意外身亡。而高雄地檢署今天偵結、依業務過失致死罪嫌、起訴負責這棟大樓、電梯維護保養的技術員。 檢察官調查後認定，當時電梯二度往上暴衝，造成想離開電梯的男童被夾住，原因是控制器裡的繼電器故障，導致煞車沒有發揮作用。而李學泰是負責維護保養的技術員，意外發生前曾經檢查這部電梯，卻沒有留意，也沒告知大樓管委會、繼電器長年使用沒更換的危險性，所以有業務過失。至於其他被男童父親提告的機電公司負責人、大樓管委會委員等十人、因為罪嫌不足、獲得不起訴處分。
