【更新】高鐵新董座　內定范志強接任

歐晉德上周請辭台灣高鐵董事長，因歐晉德是航發會在台灣高鐵法人董事代表，航發會今晚召開董事會，通過接替歐晉德人選案，由台灣期貨交易所董事長范志強出線、取代歐晉德。航發會董事會選出的高鐵法人董事代表，也將內定出任高鐵董事長。本周四高鐵董事會將開會通過此人事案。

台灣高鐵董事會有15名董事，包括官股6席、民股6席、獨立董事3席。官股及泛官股共有9席，董事長形式上雖由董事互選，但因政府取得高鐵主導權，董事長人選也將由政府規劃派任。

航發會指出，董事會全數通過改派范志強擔任高鐵法人代表，有數名董事推崇范志強學經歷豐富，勇於任事，待過航空業，也有在金融界服務經驗，是適當的人選。
 
范志強1951年生，英國劍橋大學管理資訊與人工智慧博士，曾任復興航空公司董事長，現任台灣期貨交易所董事長，也是現任中華電信董事，是國內資深的財務專家。（陳如嬌／台北報導）
