烏國危機 國安基金暫不進場

烏克蘭危機升溫，俄羅斯出兵烏克蘭，財政部次長吳當傑表示，烏克蘭地區動盪全世界才剛開始注意，目前市場尚未達到國安基金市場的條件。

俄羅斯無視美國及其西方陣營的警告，悍然出兵烏克蘭，不僅戰事一觸即發，且恐釀成冷戰結束以來東西方最嚴重的對峙，專家警告，若烏克蘭危機加劇，將引爆新一波資金大遷徙，受到國際強勢動盪影響，台股今(3)日低跌破8600點及5日線關卡。

台灣金控今(3)日舉行金控及銀行總經理交接暨宣誓典禮，身為國安基金操盤手的財政部次長吳當傑會後受訪時時表示，烏克蘭事件全球都相當關注，尤其，該事件對於金融市場的影響，國內相關主管機關都會密切注意。

吳當傑指出，國安基金啟動的條件必須回歸國安基金條例第八條的規定，因國內、外重大事件、國際資金大幅移動，顯著影響民眾信心，致資本市場及其他金融市場有失序或有損及國家安定之虞時，得經委員會決議動用，不過，烏克蘭事件才剛引起全球的關注，目前尚未達到國安基金市場的條件。
