審查服貿 蘇貞昌提四原則

民進黨主席蘇貞昌今天主持重大議題協調會報，討論「兩岸服務貿易協議之實質審查原則」，蘇貞昌並提出審查服貿的四原則。

他說，由於台灣與中國在政經濟體制上不同，一邊是民主自由國家、一邊是國家計畫型經濟；在經濟規模上雙方差異懸殊，且兩岸在加入WTO的開放承諾也不一樣，台灣開放程度高達58％，中國只有37％；因此他主張兩岸服貿協議審查應該遵守「對等開放」、「公平競爭」、「維護人民生計」、及「確保國家安全」等，務必做到讓不合理、不對等的兩岸服貿協議能夠重啟談判，為台灣人民爭取最大的權益。

蘇貞昌另呼籲國民黨立法院黨團，應確實遵守立法院去年6月朝野協商結論，也就是兩岸服貿協議本文及特定承諾表，都應該要逐條、逐項審查與表決。
