228連假吸引大批民眾到陽明山竹子湖賞海芋，北市議員何志偉今接獲在地居民及里長投訴，指賞花人潮已塞爆竹子湖交通，進出不得，今早臨時實施交管，狀況也未改善，人車有如被「軟禁」在山上。

何志偉說，北市公運處接獲民怨，今緊急實施交通管制，居民臨時被告知須繞道而行，賞花民眾等公車也是大排長龍。由於春節期間陽明山花季也是人車塞爆，何批市府錯估民眾假日出遊情勢，反應慢半拍。

北市公運處長陳榮明則表示，公車已加密行駛，車潮逐漸暢通，預計明日仍會實施交管措施。(郭美瑜／台北報導)
