寫真藝人馬友蓉聽聞在高雄勞工公園旁賣QQ蛋的朱老爺爺近來生意欠佳，下午特別在臉書上號召網友前往捧場，她還親自幫忙包貨和叫賣，呼籲路過民眾支持，她說，QQ蛋便宜又好吃，希望能盡棉薄之力幫助朱老爺爺。

近來積極針對社會議題與弱勢發聲，馬友蓉表示，網友力量大，若能透過自己力量號召網友，幫助弱勢更有意義。被問到下午穿著似乎太過緊密保守，她則回說，「今天是來幫忙做事的，穿這樣比較方便。」

已高齡88歲的朱老爺爺，頂著烈日賣QQ蛋籌措太太醫藥費的辛苦歷程，三年多前曾被媒體大幅報導，一度吸引不少網友義助，他說，最近生意平平，「感謝馬小姐來幫忙，偶爾來一次就很開心。」（周昭平／高雄報導）
