香港優質顧客服務協會於日前頒發「優質顧客服務大獎2013」，表揚具傑出表現的企業和僱員，全場以國泰航空獲5個金獎為最大贏家，其中還包括表揚公司的全場最大獎「卓越大獎」，另外在優秀組別和傑出個人獎項中，再獲4個金獎。

為促進香港發展卓越顧客服務，香港優質顧客服務協會於2002年首度舉辦優質顧客服務大獎，期能激勵顧客服務僱員、表揚傑出表現的企業和僱員，並推動會員機構建立優質顧客服務文化，亦十分重視機構專注地為顧客提供高水平的優質服務，將機構的整體文化建基於卓越服務的精神。

關於今年「卓越大獎」頒給國泰航空，協會評審於評語中表示，國泰透過專心致志的服務團隊、高效的管理，以及對顧客期望的深入了解，為顧客提供非凡的服務，贏得顧客的忠誠和讚賞。

優秀組別獎中的「外勤服務獎」團體金獎，由國泰駐舊金山的機艙服務員團隊贏得。大會認為舊金山機艙服務團隊既能操流利英語，並熟悉多種亞洲地區語言，能照顧不同國籍的顧客。另外，國泰航空的員工亦在三個不同服務範疇得到傑出個人獎項的金獎。
