【動新聞】沒良心！素食名店摻葷　害人破戒

台北市衛生局昨公布素食食品抽驗結果，近2成素食食品含動物性成分，包括知名素食餐廳蓮香齋、寬心園、長春素食等均榜上有名。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，北巿衛生局去年9月抽驗北市素食餐廳、有機素食店共26件素食食品，發現5件含牛、雞、魚等動物性成分，包括蓮香齋脆皮紅燒排、寬心園香酥肉、長春素食土魠魚排、鈺善閣素肉排及富田素食日本料理大豆製品等。衛生局已要求餐廳不得再販售違規食品，生產商因在外縣巿，已移請各地衛生局依法開罰6萬至1500萬元。

長期吃素的民眾施馨如說：「素食竟摻葷，讓吃素者破戒，業者太沒良心，以後選擇素食餐廳會更小心。」（方翊倩／綜合報導）
