New one無法觀看FC2的影片，請問有解嗎？

小弟的new one韌體是最新的版本

但是最近使用New one上FC2看影片，無論怎麼按play鈕就是無法播放（智慧型手機頁面）

必須使用「電腦版檢視」才能觀看

可是這樣的話，不僅看來吃力，影片的操作介面也很小 很不方便

有沒有解決的方法呢？
