冷！寒流發威　今晨最低溫6.9℃

中央氣象局指出，寒流持續發威，又受輻射冷卻影響，今晨目前平地最低溫為嘉義低溫6.9℃，其次是台中7.2℃，凌晨已發布低溫特報，籲注意保暖及嚴防寒害。

氣象局表示，冷空氣強度今天將逐漸減弱，預測各地高溫可來到20℃，加上水氣偏少，西半部地區天氣晴朗、東半部雲量稍多但天氣也大致穩定，但太陽下山後輻射冷卻效應會特別明顯，各地入夜後到清晨氣溫仍偏低，日夜溫差也會越來越大。

另，根據環保署資料顯示，雲嘉南高屏地區空氣品質仍較為不良，請過敏族群及抵抗力較弱的長者、幼兒要避免在戶外長時間劇烈活動。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
