【環資報導】食管法不修 過年難安心 消基會籲打電話給立委

《食品衛生管理法》修正案歷經54天立院協商，最後仍未及於會期前審查，草草落幕。不容立法怠惰，今消基會召開記者會，要求立院加開臨時會，務必讓目前修法版本過關，讓民眾飲食平安過好年；同時呼籲民眾，打電話給選區立委，要求召開臨時會審議食管法。

「目前的法令當然不夠，即使修正法案也仍無法保障消費者權益，不過在基改食品標示、管理入母法、複方食品添加物的查驗登記等，意義不容忽視。」消基會消費者報導雜誌社發行人陳智義說， 在本會期通過修正法案有其必要，對於法條中唯一喬不攏的「舉證責任翻轉」，仍不利於消費者、「修假的」，若以此為理由未進入審查，根本說不通。（閱讀全文）
