請問此款瓷磚痕跡怎處理！

小弟去年入新居，建商在廁所用這種壁磚
不規則紋路
上面的痕跡是小弟還沒搬進去就有
感覺應該是貼完壁磚後
抹伸縮縫的泥水之類的（小弟猜想）

原本想說用清水應該刷的掉
菜瓜布、棕刷、地板刷、鐵刷都用了
結果都沒用

想請問板上有沒有大大們知道這種痕跡應該怎麼處理呢？
