葉匡時在院會向全體閣員致歉

民黨立委蔡正元昨爆料，交通部長葉匡時去年七月出面，要中華電信高價購買神腦國際總裁林保雍的股票，買賣雖未成，但本月五日林保雍在外雙溪一棟別墅辦豪華宴，替葉慶生。

葉匡時今天在行政院會，向全體閣員澄清，指是應國民黨中常委江碩平邀請爬山，隨後到農舍午餐，事前不知幫他慶生，也並非赴豪華宴會。

行政院發言人鄭麗文轉述，葉匡時除作了澄清，也為此事連帶影響整體內閣，向全體閣員致歉。
