標題[討論] 新人起薪喊40K以上會很過份嗎?

今天去某企業公司面試RD,責任制 產業類別是電腦及其週邊設備製造業 公司不大,資本額沒超過5億,有前景 自己是理工私碩新人 面試主管問自己希望的薪水多少, 我想了想就回因為自己沒有工作經驗, 第1份工作想先熟悉環境學習東西,薪水沒考量,就依公司規定 但是面試主管就說 每個新人心裡一定有個底,或是和朋友討論過 要我一定要說個數字 於是我就回個期許38K左右 (其實自己是希望能有40K以上,但因為是私立畢業又是新人就不敢開口..) 想請教各位前輩 一個私碩新人起薪跟公司喊40K以上會很過份嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.134.24.149
