冷！今晨最低溫9.7℃　白天回溫

【張勵德／台北報導】今天清晨受到強烈大陸冷氣團及輻射冷卻效應影響，今天清晨台南以北及宜蘭、花蓮地區低溫只有攝氏11度左右，最低溫出現在板橋及嘉義只有攝氏9.7度，台中也只有攝氏11度。

中央氣象局表示，今天白天冷氣團減弱，各地高溫稍微回升，北部、東半部約攝氏19到21度，中南部約攝氏22到23度，不過早晚受到輻射冷卻效應影響，各地氣溫仍然偏低，日夜溫差較大，民眾早晚外出記得添加衣物保暖。

氣象局表示，今天各地大多維持晴到多雲的好天氣，僅東半部地區及北部山區有零星短暫雨。周六另一波強烈大陸冷氣團南下，各地氣溫明顯下滑，中部以北地區低溫降到攝氏12度，高溫約攝氏18到22度；南部及東部地區低溫約攝氏14到15度，高溫約攝氏19到24度，提醒參加學測的考生要留意天氣變化。
