苦勞網》律師團助風車抗爭民眾

本新聞由苦勞網提供【苦勞網記者陳韋綸／苑裡報導】苑裡反瘋車抗爭，至今已有16名居民、18名聲援學生，共計34人，自去年（2013）5月起，遭苗栗地檢署依「強制罪」、「妨礙公務」與「侮辱公務員及公署」等刑法罪名起訴。1月15日，多名律師與自救會於苑裡舉辦「義務律師團」成立的誓師大會，將協助日後訴訟。律師邱顯智表示，法官審理自救會與學生的行為是否為強制罪時，除了手段，也應考量抗爭的目的，是為表達對於風車做為公共政策的不滿，將憲法保障之言論自由一併衡量。...（閱讀全文）
