「妳好嗎」重燃青澀愛火　已婚同窗口交無罪

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】1對年近半百的昔日國中男女同學，前年10月意外重逢，重燃學生時期的青澀愛火，以慶生為由到台北市北投區泡溫泉，男方妻子委請徵信社跟監抓到偷情證據，2人承認酒後互相愛撫、口交。士林地檢署認為，女方因婦科疾病，無法行房，通姦罪證不足，不起訴。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，該女子(47歲)保養得宜，前年偶遇已婚的國中男同學，一句「妳好嗎？」重溫求學時期的曖昧時光，相約泡溫泉敘舊，又在幾分酒意下，2人擁抱愛撫及口交；因男方妻子懷疑丈夫出軌，請徵信社跟監抓姦，拍下2人進出旅館的身影，怒告2人通姦且索討20萬元和解金。小三表示，骨盆腔發炎無法行房；檢方認為，僅憑蒐證照無法證明2人曾有性器接合，因此不起訴。
