海大8壯士裸奔　沒拍到的不起訴

【陳偉周／基隆報導】海洋大學籃球社20多名學長、學弟，去年8月某晚聚餐，酒酣耳熱之後，起鬨比膽識「有種裸奔，敢不敢？」吳等8名賭輸的學長，竟真的在街頭裸奔，過程全被監視器拍下，基隆檢方認定被拍到的6人一絲不掛，觸犯公然猥褻罪，未造成社會重大危害，處分緩起訴1年，但每人須支付2萬元做公益；未拍到的2人因證據不足不起訴。

《自由時報》報導，吳姓等8名海大籃球社校友，去年8月24日晚上6時，在基市東明路熱炒店聚餐，多名畢業學長到場與學弟、學妹們把酒同歡。吳等眾人喝到9時許，多人酒醉後開始比膽識，互嗆「有種裸奔，敢不敢？」在現場氣氛炒作下，吳等8名學長脫去衣物，只穿內褲走到店外，扯下內褲後，吼叫壯膽跑到30公尺遠的加油站再折回，穿上內褲後火速搭計程車離去。其中，1男內褲被同夥丟進店裡，只好光屁股跑進熱炒店內穿回去，嚇得不少女性尖叫，全程被監視器拍下。
