林光華遭監聽長達五年 竹檢接手列他字案調查中

前台灣省主席林光華，遭特偵組監聽長達五年，去年十二月才接到高等法院寄出的「通訊監察通知書」，林光華痛批監聽浮濫。特偵組表示案件已在去年交由新竹地檢署接手偵辦，新竹地檢署發言人陳佳秀表示，目前林光華的案子仍屬他字案，也還沒有結案，但新竹地檢署並沒有監聽。(彭清仁報導)

前新竹縣長林光華爆料，在擔任台灣省主席期間，從民國九十四年到民國九十九年，遭特偵組監聽長達五年的時間。林光華也質疑監聽在民國九十九年就結束，卻一直到一百零二年才接獲通知監聽結束的通知書。面對非法監聽的指控，特偵組表示，案件已在去年的七月十三日交由新竹地檢署持續偵辦。

新竹地檢署發言人主任檢察官陳佳秀指出，案件的確已交新竹地檢偵辦，但因屬他字案，全案並沒有被告，所以也沒有傳訊林光華的動作，檢方也沒有持續監聽林光華。至於相關內容，則是因涉及偵查不公開，檢方也不願多做說明。據了解，一般他字案件，檢方的結案時間通常是六個月，如果有具體犯罪事證，案件也會由他字案，轉為有被告的偵字案。但如果案件仍有調查之必要，他字案的調查時間還是得以延長，並不受限於六個月。
