小護士不聽話　腫成香腸眼

【張雅淳／台北報導】一名24歲的護士王小姐，每天都會配戴彩色放大片，常常一戴就是10多個小時，一個月後，眼睛開始紅腫、刺痛、畏光，但她不以為意仍繼續戴放大片，直到眼睛已經腫成香腸眼才趕緊就醫。三軍總醫院眼科部主任呂大文醫師今日表示，放大片因為需要將色料與鏡片結合，所以會使鏡片透氧量更差，放大片的材質分為水膠與矽水膠兩種，水膠材質含氧量較差，根據調查約5成水膠材質放大片透氧量僅20~30%，和矽水膠材質的125%相差甚多，建議選擇矽水膠材質較好。
