【胡治言／綜合報導】《通訊保障及監察法》修正案在立院三讀通過，嚴格規定調通聯紀錄及監票程序，對此，《蘋果》進行民調，有49.57%的民眾支持修正案。

《蘋果》針對《《通保法》修正，嚴格規定調通聯紀錄及監票程序，檢警反彈增加辦案困難度，請教你的看法？》為題進行民調，用電腦語音輔助訪問，在349份有效樣本中，有49.57%的民眾支持《通保法》修正，覺得這樣保障人權，檢警辦案不能只靠調通聯，有27.51%民眾不支持，覺得打擊犯罪會受到束縛，擔心治安惡化，另有22.92%的民眾沒意見。
