冷空氣強度減弱　各地多雲到晴

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】中央氣象局指出，強烈大陸冷氣團持續影響，今晨最低溫板橋9.7℃，今天水汽偏少，白天冷空氣強度減弱，各地大多為晴到多雲到晴。

氣象局表示，今天白天高溫將比昨天稍回升，北部及東半部約19到21℃，中南部地區約22、23℃，但日夜溫差會較大。據環保署的資料顯示，今天風力仍偏強，持續偏乾的中南部地區易有局部飛沙揚塵，致空氣品質下降。
