過年前將房客趕走會很無良嗎?

1.我怎麼想到 "當幸福來敲門" 他們父子被汽車旅館趕走的那幕..

2.租人房子找到好房客就OK, 房客不好就......像現在這樣,
但也只是經濟狀況不好, 還沒搞破壞,

3.房客有責任交租, 房東有責任修繕, 所以房客問題比較大.

4.過年前啊, 又是寒流來, 的確是個燒炭取暖的好天氣..咦...要小心

5.經濟狀況不好, 讓我想到去年上警局要500元的房仲, 和一家五口擠在5坪小套房的房仲....
房仲很多, 最近房子不好賣, 可能因此經濟狀況又不穩,

6.妳很缺錢嗎? 很需要這筆租金嗎? 若不是的話, 勸妳不要急等過年後比較好吧....
