高雄現場徵才　起薪最低2萬1千元

【涂建豐／高雄報導】高雄市勞工局今年起現場徵才將有新政策！想要透過中大型現場徵才活動求才，廠商提供工作機會起薪必須要有2.1萬元才行，而且也不能是派遣人力，如果未達這兩項要求，就只在就業服務站媒合。1月18日將在油廠國小舉辦今年第一場現場徵才，八百個工作機會，月薪保證都是2.1萬元起跳，部分技術人員，如大客車駕駛，月薪三萬多元起跳。

目前基本工資是19047元，預計七月以後將調升到19273元。勞工局說，以往現場徵才活動中有一成左右工作機會是基本工資水準，一成多是徵求派遣人力，市府希望廠商能提高待遇，提升勞工收入，但也可以爭取較佳人力，這才是雙贏。
