如果有四戶持有吸食 應該是會有販售、轉讓或誘食的源頭 難道不能要求警調單位去追這些人的購買來源嗎? 我相信至少不會是"每個人"都分別去買吧 只要有一個人是向其他住戶(含家人)購買、轉讓 罪都比較僅自己吸食來的重 縱使是分別去買,也可以追的到藥頭 另外除非抓這次之後他們沒再買了 不然有吸食一定有販賣的人 有販賣一定有製造的人 重點是要用什麼方式督促警調單位去抓人 以及怎麼做好保密功夫 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.37.50.60
