美國商會調查結果　台灣能達入TPP標準

【陳培煌╱台北報導】美國商會今公布《2014商業景氣調查》，對在台灣的美國企業發出問卷，由公司執行長填寫。調查發現受訪企業強烈支持台灣政府加入跨太平洋戰略經濟夥伴關係協議（TPP），並相信台灣能夠達到加入TPP的標準；受訪企業也呼籲台美應儘速簽訂雙邊投資協議（BIA），若缺少此協議，將對雙邊企業處於不利地位。

美國商會調查指出，受訪者普遍認為兩岸經濟合作架構協議（ECFA）對台灣及企業的正面影響，也認為還未通過的兩岸服貿協議將會對台灣和中國創造雙贏局面。不過，調查也看出，企業認為台灣政府對法規解釋需有一致性、依法行政、監管過程也須透明化，企業也日益關注政治不安定性是否會進一步影響景氣。
