清晨淡水低溫11.6℃　北部東半部整天濕冷

【張勵德／台北報導】受到強烈大陸冷氣團影響，今天清晨最低溫出現在淡水的攝氏11.6度，新竹低溫也只有攝氏11.9度，台南以北到宜蘭低溫都在攝氏12到14度。中央氣象局表示，今天白天北部及宜蘭明顯濕冷，高溫僅攝氏14度左右，花東地區高溫約攝氏17到19度，中南部地區高溫約攝氏17到20度。 

氣象局表示，由於這波冷氣團挾帶豐沛的水汽，今天北部、東半部地區及中部山區有短暫雨，高山地區有機會再次降雪。而今晚到明天清晨將是這波強烈大陸冷氣團影響最明顯的時候，預估嘉義以北地區低溫僅攝氏11度，各地氣溫明顯偏低，提醒民眾要特別留意做好保暖準備。

氣象局指出，這波冷氣團預計周六白天起逐漸減弱，屆時各地高溫會逐步回升到攝氏20度以上，西半部地區也將恢復多雲到晴的穩定天氣，僅東半部地區有局部短暫雨。
