痛風藥2年害23命　受害家屬籲管制

【胡治言／綜合報導】高雄有民眾吃了降尿酸藥物「安樂普利諾」（Allopurinol）一個多月後，疑似產生藥物過敏，引發中風及腎衰竭，意外失血過多身亡。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，房姓老婦（81歲）前年7月痛風到高雄榮總就醫，吃了降尿酸藥物「安樂普利諾」一個多月後，下半身出現疑似燒燙傷大面積水泡，就醫診斷為藥物過敏引起史蒂文生氏強生症候群（皮膚與黏膜嚴重過敏反應），後引發中風及腎衰竭，去年8月意外失血過多身亡。家屬質疑，用藥前不知此藥有過敏死亡高風險，也不知可做基因檢測預防，要串聯受害家屬呼籲政府管制使用。

藥害救濟基金會統計，安樂普利諾高居歷年申請藥害救濟案件之冠，14年來有167件申請通過，佔前十大藥害21%，光是2011年和2012年，就各有12人、11人死亡，可說是最危險的藥物。
