標題[請益] 今天去看皮膚科醫生跟我說

原PO男性 因為最近失眠 感覺臉上狀況非常不穩定 就跑去皮膚科診所就診 跟醫生說了我的情形後 我就問醫生:『聽說冬天要作好保濕，可是我不知道我的膚質不知道如何下手』 醫生就有點訝異的說:『男生做甚麼保濕，不要學人家保濕，脫皮就脫皮，脫皮還不會長痘痘， 保濕作了你痘痘反而長出來』 這跟自己所知道的保養知識和一般人的共識好像出入很大 所以悻悻然拿了醫師開的藥跟藥膏後就回家了 請問為什麼這醫生建議我不要作保濕呢? 還是男生不需要保濕? 我該吃這醫生開的藥嗎?
