闖于美人家被告 James獲不起訴

節目主持人于美人雖然已經跟前夫James離婚，但兩人離婚前，James在親友陪同下返回兩人昔日住處拿衣物，卻在家中跟于美人母親發生口角、推擠被于美人提告。經台北地檢署偵辦後，檢方今天偵查終結，在恐嚇部分，檢方勘驗現場錄影畫面，認定于美人並沒有心生畏懼；在侵入住宅部分，于美人已經撤告，所以檢方做出不起訴處分。
