殺害女友棄屍路旁兇嫌自首判刑二十年

雲林縣一名在按摩店工作的蘇姓女子，今年五月因為財務糾紛遭男友「黃翊橋」殺害，並棄屍在嘉義縣阿里山公路旁，兇嫌事後主動向高雄市警方自首，案經嘉義地方法院審理，認為被告符合自首要件，依殺人、棄屍罪嫌，判處二十年有期徒刑，褫奪公權十年。

嘉義地方法院判決書指出，被告「黃翊橋」與在按摩店服務的被害蘇姓女子交往，蘇姓女子經常向他借錢不還，被告收入有限無法負擔，因而不時產生爭吵。今年五月中旬，兩人到斗六市一家汽車旅館休息，又因金錢糾紛起了爭執，兇嫌認為蘇姓女子可能另結新歡，竟先用膠帶將她嘴巴封住，再動手勒斃，並載著屍體到另外一家汽車旅館清洗，最後將屍體棄置在嘉義縣番路鄉的一條產業道路旁。

殺人棄屍後，兇手一路南下逃逸到高雄，因受不了良心譴責，在案情曝光前，就向高雄市警方自首。嘉義地方法院認為被告犯後主動自首，而且深表悔悟，因而依殺人、棄屍罪嫌判刑，應執行二十年有期徒刑、褫奪公權十年。
