​培育人才　台科大成立領導書院

【陳威廷／台北報導】為培育優秀領導人才，台灣科技大學今成立「台灣科技大學領導書院」，研習合格的學生除可獲得結業證書，校方還將推薦至企業任職。

台灣科技大學校長廖慶榮表示，學生經甄選面試後才能進入領導書院，透過課程培養書院學生人文關懷、社會責任的精神，並具領導技能、國際視野和創新等特質回饋社會。他說，今年第一屆領導書院已和炎洲集團合作，未來如鴻海等知名企業也將逐漸加入。

台科大表示，領導書院課程規劃1整年，課程著重「專案管理」、「語言溝通表達」、「禮儀訓練」等，下學期則至企業實習。
