標題[問題] 一般公司勞健保投保金額是全薪?

譬如 A員工薪水60000 公司會幫他保勞健保 投保金額是用60000下去算嗎? 健保自付大約 60000*4.91%*30%=884 公司負擔 60000*4.91%*60%*1.7=3005 勞保也是一樣用60000去算 這樣算下來自付額其實蠻高的說 公司負擔也很多 還是說 投保金額不是固定的? 想請問一下一般公司大概都是怎麼設定這投保金額? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.68.44
