最新消息，期待已久的《Final Fantasy III》（最終幻想III）終於登陸Windows Phone平台。該應用為WP8專屬，支持中文，下載請切換至美區市場，應用大小為451Ｍ。

《Final Fantasy III》發售於1990年，是《Final Fantasy》系列的第三部作品。

遊戲在發售之初就得到了諸多好評，是FF系列中第一款銷量突破百萬的作品，有著非常重大的紀念意義。

在2006年，該作品又以全3D效果重新製作，並且再次突破了百萬銷量。

在本作中首次出現了能夠隨時根據狀況變更當前職業的「轉職系統」，以及能夠召喚出希瓦、巴哈姆特等召喚獸的「召喚魔法」，這些要素在之後的系列作品中也一直繼承了下去，並且已經成為了系列的最大特色之一。

世界被黑暗所籠罩，光明正在逐漸消失。
